The Guaranteed Admission Program (GAP) between Lees-McRae College (LMC) and Â鶹ÊÓƵ is intended for successful students who plan to transfer to Lees-McRae after earning an associate degree at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Any Â鶹ÊÓƵ students who earns an Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), Associate in Applied Science (AAS), and Associate in Fine Arts in Visual Arts (AFAVA) will be automatically admitted to Lees-McRae College (minimum GPA required).

BENEFITS

• guaranteed admission to Lees-McRae College (note: admission to specific programs are based on GPA requirements)
• receive merit scholarships that range in amounts up to and including 60% off Lees-McRae College tuition for the duration of the student’s tenure at LMC, provided the student remains in good academic standing
• application fee waived for all Â鶹ÊÓƵ students applying to LMC

ELIGIBILITY

• be a currently enrolled student at Â鶹ÊÓƵ in a degree-seeking capacity
• submit Lees-McRae application for admission and disciplinary forms by Lees-McRae deadlines
• earn an associate degree from Â鶹ÊÓƵ in a college transfer program or in an associate of applied science program for which an articulation agreement exists
• enroll at Lees-McRae within one academic year (within the next two regular terms i.e. fall/spring semesters) of completion of the associate degree

• Â鶹ÊÓƵ students should apply for admission to LMC and directly to the intended major/academic program of study during the second semester of sophomore year at Â鶹ÊÓƵ
