The Records and Registration Office prints unofficial (student) and official transcripts of your curriculum classes. We do not print Adult High School or GED transcripts. Below you will find information regarding how to request your transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts

There is no fee for an unofficial transcript of your curriculum classes. If you attended Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ 2006 to present, you may request an unofficial transcript in one of the following ways:

  • Log into your  account.
  • Click on the Graduation Cap on the left, then Unofficial Transcript.

OR

Complete the  and mail, fax (704.922.2344), or email ([email protected]) the form to the Records and Registration Office.

OR

  • Visit the Records and Registration Office (2ndfloor Myers Center the Dallas Campus).

To request your Continuing Education transcript, complete the and mail, fax (704.922.2344), or email ([email protected]) the form to the Records and Registration Office. 

Official Transcripts

If you attended Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ from 2006 to current, you may request an official copy of your transcript in one of the following ways:

  • Electronic copies can be ordered through National Student Clearinghouse at

OR

  • To obtain a paper copy of your official transcript in person, visit the Business Office (1st floor Myers Center) to pay the $7.00 charge per copy. Then visit the Records and Registration Office, (2nd floor Myers Center on the Dallas Campus) in person with your photo identification.

If you attended Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ prior to 2006, you may request an official copy of your transcript in one of the following ways:

  • Complete the  and mail, fax (704.922.2344), or email ([email protected]) the form to the Records and Registration Office. Please note that the form must have your actual signature on it to be processed. The $7.00 fee may be paid over the phone (704.922.6414) with a credit or debit card, or by mail with check or money order.
  • Visit the Records and Registration Office (2ndfloor Myers Center the Dallas Campus).
